The cold unpolluted waters of the South Pacific Ocean are the perfect habitat for mollusks and crustaceans. Waters are constantly monitored by our Health Authorities in the extraction or farming areas, which guarantees the final consumer a product free of any possible toxin contamination.

Mollusks, such as clams, oysters, scallops and mussels, have a large percentage of non-cholesterol sterols. These sterols inhibit the absorption of cholesterol eaten at the same meal.
